Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead
and coordinate engineering and manufacturing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the
full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within
scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Planning and Execution
o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
o Manage day-to-day project activities, timelines, and milestones.

 Cross-functional Coordination
o Work closely with design, production, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and services.
o Ensure smooth communication across departments and stakeholders.

 Technical Oversight
o Apply mechanical engineering principles in the design, fabrication, and installation of equipment.
o Review and approve technical drawings and specifications.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

 Risk and Quality Management
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Monitor and control project quality and performance.
o Ensure all projects meet customer specifications and internal quality standards.

 Reporting and Documentation
o Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
o Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications and Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in project management.
 Proven track record of managing technical projects from concept to completion.
 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and mechanical systems.
 Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
 Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
 Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus
