Job Description
Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position)
• To plan the efficient operation and process for technical services department and ensure their maximum uptime.
• To review all the preventive maintenance plans with respect to manpower & time (planned by maintenance/Hardware/instrumentation Managers) activities for all equipments at the plant.
• To oversee the execution of those plans with respect to safety norms, statutory compliance, inspection & trials by the entire team
• To review any new projects and installation issues (if required)
• To review the inventory control of critical parts while ensuring minimum waste of money & storage space
• To manage and ensure that all the instruments at the plant are calibrated to ISO specification.
• To supervise the maintenance of all the existing and new instruments as scheduled
• To train and conduct interventions whenever required for the team effectiveness, productivity and ensure maximum output.
• To approve the critical spares as & when required by the department to minimize cost

• Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance
• To ensuring availability of all plant and machinery without interruptions for production

• Availability of all machinery for production at all times
• No breakdown in production due to maintenance issues
