Job Description

Purpose of the Role:
To ensure effective implementation of all production related activities pertaining to the allotted production unit. Support Manager production in driving operational excellence

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Production manager for the monthly production schedule and other material requirements.
2. Ensure execution of production schedule complying with the requirements.
3. Ensure the Cycle times are monitored, recorded and analyzed for the losses.
4. Ensure the cleaning of the equipments are done as per the targeted cleaning times.
5. Ensure upkeep of machines in coordination with Maintenance team.
6. Ensure labour productivity as per the Target, monitor and improve.
7. Ensure the quality of products and achieve zero reduction.
8. Achieve Norms and Yield targets (RM and Utilities)
9. Analyse the deviations and ensure corrective and preventive actions
10. Ensure compliance to ISO and EHS Requirements.
