Key Responsibilities
1. To define and implement all quality processes
2. Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.
3. To plan and develop standardize test methods & standard operating procedure (SOP) for the quality assurance of all the production product, raw material and
processes at the plant.
4. To update & implement total quality control system and process.
5.Approve the right products or reject defectives.
6. To supervise proper preventive/scheduled maintenance & calibration of all the equipments in the QC laboratories as well as procuring their spare parts.
7. To oversee the lab chemist and lab assistant in their work.
8. To plan and identifies routine control improvement areas and ensures corrective action.
9. Ensures 100% chemical compliance to standards through scheduled checks and corrective actions.
10. Submit detailed reports to appropriate managers.
11. Monitor & takes corrective action on quality of raw material and packaging with material management department.
12. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
13. Responsible for skills development of subordinates.
14. Trains the quality team to comply with SOP
