Reporting: Manager—Stores

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: 2 – 8 years

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Carry out store department activities in order to achieve business targets and improve profitability.
2. Execute material receiving activities by ensuring quality & safety requirements. i.e Inspection, Proper Unloading & Safe Storage. Generate & maintain all relevant records.
3. Perform timely Issue of Materials to respective department as per Requisition/Job Orders. Generate & maintain all relevant records.
4. Check the physical & system stock. Generate daily stock statements.
5. Co-ordination and follow up for PR/PO with relevant department as well as supplier.
6. Segregation of Unused and Usable materials for easy access.
7. Storage of Rejection Goods / held up Material in designated area Only. Apply all relevant labels on applicable materials.
8. Ensure that vehicle entry permit is authorized & parked safely.
9. Perform effective waste segregation on regular basis.
10. Follow QMS & EMS procedures to meet quality requirement.
11. Ensure all quality documents are review & updated on regular interval, properly stored, labeled & disposed.
12. Co-ordinate with other service department to ensure smooth functioning of logistics and store department.
13. Participate in department objective achievement.
14. Conduct training of immediate subordinate/contract workers.
15. Actively participate in organization events.
16. Follow the work instructions of the superior on need basis.

EHSS Related (Environment, Health, Safety & Security) :
1. Follow applicable EHSS procedures/practices. Stay aware of Environmental, Site, statutory &
Intellectual property regulations.
2. Participate in safety meeting and Organization events.
3. Accomplish Medical checkup according to plan.
4. Read MSDS & Handle chemicals and tools as per safety standards.
5. Ensure safe working conditions & practices in assigned areas. Correct unsafe
conditions & acts.
6. Maintain good housekeeping.
7. Use of appropriate PPE while handling hazardous chemicals.
