Job Description

• Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing and timely renewal of all commercial agreements, managing the contract/agreement/ customer tenders/ Customer purchase orders, maintaining legal related database and updating the same in a timely manner.
• Maintain data base of original and confidential data.
• Litigation Management: Coordinating with external counsels for on-going litigations. Prepare and manage documents related to litigations, managing the litigation database and updating the status of the cases and hearing incl. IPR related applications and reviewing status.
• Monitoring Compliance (Dept. wise): Maintaining and updating compliance Compliances checklist, collate supporting data from various departments for compliance and verify the same. Escalate about issues/non compliance, if any as per the matrix.
• Secretarial compliance: Preparing and drafting notice, agenda and minutes of the Company, timely filing of returns/forms with ROC, maintaining statutory register, assist Foreign Director for DSC application and renewal and any other compliances as applicable in Companies Act & Rules.
• Draft appropriate policies, guidelines, terms and conditions, and templates for the organization.
• Advise and drafting on legal issues related to HR, Labour in consultation./ guidance with Counsels empaneled, Factory Compliances etc.
• Handling Industry specific compliance ie Legal metrology/ Weights & Measures, handling issues pertaining to the Legal Metrology Act & Rules and connected compliances.
• Other Administrative duties as may be assigned by the Departmental Head from time to time.
