Job Description
Objective –
As chief executive officer (CEO), the highest-ranking executive, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company and overseeing all aspects of its operations. You will work closely with the board of directors and the executive team, as well as other key stakeholders, to drive growth, ensure financial sustainability, and advance our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement a clear vision and strategy for the company, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
o Identify new market opportunities and potential business partnerships to drive growth.
o Conduct regular strategic reviews to assess performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Operational Management:
o Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including service delivery, project management, resource allocation, and quality control.
o Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients, meeting agreed-upon SLAs.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
o Lead client acquisition initiatives and manage the sales pipeline.
o Foster customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery.
• Financial Oversight:
o Work closely with the Finance head to manage the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
o Make informed investment decisions to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
• Team Leadership and Development:
o Build and lead a high-performing team of executives, managers, and technical staff across various service lines.
o Foster a positive company culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.
o Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
• Technology Expertise:
o Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and mitigate risks.
o Drive the company’s technology roadmap to ensure it remains competitive in the market.
Innovation and Technology:
o Foster a culture of innovation, staying up to date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and product engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• B. E. / B. Tech. / B. Sc. / M. Sc. / M. Tech., MBA
• At least 5-7 years’ experience in leadership role
• Proven track record of successful leadership. Ability to motivate and inspire employees at all levels of the organization
• Deep understanding of IT service delivery models, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, cash flow analysis and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
