Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for turnkey lab construction and renovation projects.
• Source materials, equipment, and services (e.g., HVAC units, lab furniture, fume hoods, cleanroom components, utilities).
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement in accordance with specifications and project timelines.
• Prepare purchase orders, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor data, and delivery timelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and subcontractors for lab infrastructure work.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to contracts, quality standards, and deadlines
