Responsibilities:
To monitor Time & Attendance and ensure timely closing of monthly attendance report for salary processing
To Administrator employees and Contractors GHI,GAP & GTL policies such as endorsement of new recruits, settlement of claims and payment to the employees
To monitor performance of Security and Contract Labour, and to ensure their compliance with all Statutory Requirements, and to ensure the proper implementation of Break system
To ensure the distribution of documents, courier management, factory Housekeeping , Visitor Management and Hospitality Arrangements (FRONT DESK)
