Job Description
Develop and manage cost budgets, forecasts, and reports.
Align cost controls with project milestones, deliverables, and objectives.
Monitor project expenditures vs. budgets; perform variance and trend analysis.
Report physical progress, actual man-hours, incurred costs, and schedule status.
Evaluate cost impacts of change orders and scope variations.
Assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Support contingency planning and overall financial health of the project.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, procurement, and finance.
Improve cost control tools, methodologies, and systems (e.g., Excel, Primavera, Power BI).
