Job Description

Implement a QA Management System and ensure that it is being applied in a fair and equitable manner
Preparation of QA manual of plant. Ensuring effective implementation and running of quality system
Prepare and follow internal/External audit plans & ensure closure of NCR report.
Support to inter functions (Production, stores & logistics) for timely clearance of RM/PM /FG.
Quality – Optimization of RM, FG & Control of returns- No tolerance for external failures, Zero, NCs during Audits.
Map optimized process and automate through ERP, contribute to ISO manual updation & Create standard SOPs for respective areas.
Timely making CAPA of complaints & reduce the market complaint also
Proactive Planning and agility in decisions, Timely alarms for potential failures
Liquidate old materials and reduce Operations & Maintenance costs.
Knowledge to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
Knowledge of sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
Knowledge to plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
Knowledge of management system QMS, HACCP, EMS & OHSAS.
Responsible for document management systems.
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external agency, evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
SOP preparation, amendment, document change control, document issuance to functional department
Knowledge of technology transfer, Issuance of BMR, Preparation and review of APQR
Daily monitoring of manufacturing process on shop floor, RM / FG Warehouse to ensure QA compliance.
Knowledge of in process round non-conformance report preparation on daily basis.
Review of Batch Manufacturing Record / Equipment Cleaning Record, SOP etc.
Issuance and retrieval of controlled documents from various departments as per requirement to concern.
Monitoring the Dispatch activity of finish good as per the SOP checklist as well as compile the requirement of customer by Purchase order
Control and Issuance of various documents’ like BPCR, Analytical work sheet, SOP formats, equipment/Instrument Logbook’s, Raw material / Finish product specification etc., to the respective department.
