Job Description

Responsibilities:
To Planning and implementing production operations to achieve monthly production targets as per sales plan/budget
To ensure that the Capacity Utilization, Product Quality, RM Consumption and Yield targets meet/exceed annual Budget
To achieve Right First Time of production batches with approved product quantities equal to or greater than standard Batch Outputs
To ensure timely analysis of Process Deviations, Batch Failures and Incidents, and identify and implement appropriate CAPA
To initiate and/or implement process changes for improvement in safety, improvement in yield/quality, and minimization of effluent
To ensure highest levels of Safety in the workplace and Zero L3 and L4 incidents
To prepare/ update the HIRA and AIS for all production processes and ensuring implementation
To ensure maintenance and upkeep of equipment
