Job Description

Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation and execution of periodic preventive maintenance of process instruments to ensure that DCS, PLC & all plant filed instruments are maintained in healthy working condition.
Ensuring routine activities and breakdown maintenance of process instruments as per requirement are carried out with minimum downtime.
Tracking MTTR & MTBF for each breakdown.
Ensuring minimum disruption to manufacturing activities while carrying out repair/ maintenance of process instruments.
Conduct root cause analysis for each break down and initiate corrective action accordingly to avoid repetition of failure.
Keep up gradation on different new upcoming technologies and initiate to implementation those suitable for our operation to have smooth operation.
Ensuring the availability of critical spares and instrumentation consumables in the Stores.
Ensuring safety in all maintenance activities.
