Production Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Strong Planning skills. Plan for execution of MTO (Make To Order).
• Need to be very good in xcel. Hands on in V Look up and Pivot Tables
• Knowledge of SAP is added advantage
2. Ability to Coordinate with various functions for execution of orders like – Order Booking, Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch.
3. Get product assemblies done at 100% efficiency from operators.
• It’s a shop floor order execution job. Ability to handle the manpower.
• Be able to get things done to achieve the Dispatch targets.
• Need to have “go getter” approach.
4. Experience in Machining on CNC/ VMC/ HMC is highly preferred.
5. Need to have the exposure to various manufacturing processes like —
• Steel Castings, Al Pressure Die Casting, Hardening, Grinding, Anodizing, Plating, Plastic Molding, Rubber Molding, Assembly, Testing and Packing.
• Welding – Arc welding, MIG welding, Painting
6. Need to be hands on the utility maintenance like Pneumatic Compressor, Pneumatic, DG set, Production Equipment maintenance and Fire Fighting Equipments
7. Need to have the exposure to or inclination towards Improvement Mngt like Lean Management/ Industrial Engg/ Methods Engg
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Achieve Operational Excellence through,
• Customer focus – Query resolution, On Time Delivery
• Work measurement, Efficiency, Productivity
• Lean Manufacturing – Single Piece Flow, Low Manufacturing Lead Time.
• Inventory Management – Kanban, MRP, ITR
• Quality Performance – First Time Right, Rejection analysis, Problem Solving Skills, 7QC Tools.
Customer complaints analysis/ 8D process
Knowledge on Fits and Tolerances, Machine capability
FMEA, SPC knowledge is preferred.
• OEE
• Systems orientation – QMS, EHS management system
