Responsibilities:
Production analysis and Rejection analysis

Monitoring production budget against actual and analse it

Take action to increase OEE and production

Take action to reduce rejection

Manpower monitoring

Handling of manpower including company workman, contract workman and production team

Prepare budget and CAPEX foe each year

Monitoring of budget and CAPEX

New material trial and product trail

ISO related work
