Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tekla Senior Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models using Tekla Structures software for various
structural and steel detailing projects. This role demands high precision, advanced Tekla expertise, and
the ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and analyzing design drawings.
• Understanding connection design concepts.
• Raising and justifying Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Strong skills in model coordination, logical problem-solving, and using shortcuts or macros for
efficient modeling.
• Ability to guide and manage teams to ensure project completion within set deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to address client queries and work on General Arrangement (GA)
Drawings.
• Ensure strict adherence to modeling standards and protocols.
• Handle comments, set prefixes, and manage numbering in models.
• Extract drawings efficiently and finalize settings related to numbering for submissions.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining tracking systems for numbering and submissions.
• Develop and manage detailed 3D models for structural and steel projects using Tekla Structures.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to understand project requirements and
specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry and client standards in all deliverables.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain accuracy and precision.
• Maintain up-to-date records of models and related project files.
• Regularly update models to reflect design revisions and incorporate feedback.
• Knowledge of any of the following standards is preferred, A.I.S.C (American Institute of Steel
Construction), B.S.I (British Standards Institute), I.S (Indian Standard Codes).

Qualifications:
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in Tekla Modelling within the Structural Steel industry.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:
• ITI Draughtsman – Civil or Mechanical
• Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech – Civil Engineering

Software Requirements:
• AutoCAD
• Tekla Structures
• MS – Office

Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Tekla Structures modelling.
• Knowledge of other relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or StaadPro is a plus.
• Familiarity with steel fabrication processes and industry standards (e.g., AISC, BS, or IS codes).

Working Days:
• Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm)
• All Sundays off, 1st & 3rd Saturday off
