Production Executive/ Sr Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Strong Planning skills. Plan for execution of orders.
• Need to be very good in Excel – V look up, Pivot Table
• Knowledge of SAP is added advantage
2. Exposure to Projects execution industry.
3. Ability to Coordinate with various functions for execution of orders like – Order Booking, Design, Purchase, Quality, Dispatch.
4. Be able to get things done to achieve the Dispatches.
Need to have “go getter” approach.
5. Experience in Machine Shop (CNC, VMC HMC) is highly preferred.
6. Exposure to various manufacturing processes is added advantage like – Al Pressure Die casting, Hardening, Honing, Grinding, Anodizing, Plating, Powder coating, Welding, Painting, Plastic Molding, Rubber Molding, Assembly, Testing and Packing.
7. Inclination for Utilities maintenance (of Production Equipment) is added advantage.
8. Need to have the exposure to or inclination towards Improvement Mngt (Lean Mngt)/ Industrial Engg/ Methods Engg
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

10. Be able to quickly learn and implement following Operational Excellence initiatives,
1. Customer focus – Query resolution, On Time
2. Work Measurement, Efficiency, Productivity, OEE
3. Lean Manufacturing – Single Piece Flow, Low Manufacturing Lead Time.
4. Inventory Management – Kanban, MRP, ITR
Quality – First Time Right, Rejection analysis, 7QC Tools, Problem Solving Skills, FMEA, SPC knowledge is preferred.
5. Customer complaints resolution/ 8D method
6. Systems orientation – QMS, EHS management
