Job Description

Responsibilities:
(a) Candidate must be working in all three shifts.
(b) Candidate must be capable for Process monitoring and standardization.
(c) Candidate must be capable for taking timely action on NC raised in the process.
(d) Candidate must be capable for Monitoring regrind and material consumption as well as rejection generation.
(e) Candidate must be capable for taking action to increase OEE and Production as well as action plan for rejection
reduction.
(f) Candidate must be capable for doing ISO Related work and Take timely action on NC raised in audit.
(g) Candidate must be handling the manpower including company workman, contract workman and production team.
(h) Candidate must report the daily production, down time and rejection, Prepare production and rejection Reports
on monthly basis with action plan, must make report for timely action on machine breakdown
(i) Candidate must be capable for finding Trouble shooting for process issue, must be capable for doing Preventive maintenance well as attend regular breakdown work related with process.
(j) Candidate must be monitoring shift wise rejection and make action plan for rejection control and monitoring report with corrective action plan.
(k) Candidate must have the knowledge of the Quality Control activities taking place in a shift and should be able to clear the deviation taking place during the shift.
(l) Candidate must monitor machine wise, process efficiency and should create a methodology to increase the productivity by utilization of the resources.
