Job Description

Key Area of responsibilities

Having knowledge of organic fertilizers, Micronutrients, Basic NPK fertilizer formulation, Biofertilizers, Bio stimulants, Nano fertilizers.
Increasing the product basket by developing range of value-added fertilizer products based organic raw materials.
Proven track record of designing and developing formulations
Laboratory level formulation development, analytical characterization of developed formulations.
Deviation analysis in present products; Root Cause finding; Literature review; Patent Search, searching for alternatives to overcome the problem etc.
Coordinate the transfer of technology to the manufacturing plant for pilot and bulk manufacturing.
Formulation assessment for Accelerates Storage Stability studies. Data recording and Daily Reporting.
Follow the SOP of formulation development.

Skills Required
Subject Expertise in Agriculture/ Organic Chemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology
Knowledge in agriculture input technical and formulations (Crop Nutrition/Crop Protection)
Knowledge of scaling up of process for agriculture products
Knowledge of basic chemistry and basic Analytical Equipment
Flexible approach and willingness to travel
