Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory, leveraging industry contacts, market research, and strategic planning.
2. Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their automation needs, challenges, and goals, and provide suitable technical solutions.
3. Generate and deliver compelling product demonstrations, proposals, and presentations to highlight the benefits and return on investment of automation solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including application engineers and project managers, to design and develop customized automation solutions that meet client requirements.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their buying processes and ensuring timely follow-up to drive sales closure.
6. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify market trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with the sales team on joint sales initiatives and share knowledge and best practices to drive sales effectiveness and build a strong sales pipeline.
