As the Accounts Head, you will lead and manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting, compliance with tax regulations, and timely financial reporting. Financial Oversight Manage the overall financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of Profit & Loss accounts, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
Accounting Operations Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient cash management.
Compliance Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with audit
Team Management Lead, mentor, and supervise the Accounts Executive and other team
members.
Allocate tasks effectively and provide training for process improvement.
Reporting and Strategy Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to senior management to
support decision-making.
Assist in financial planning, cost management, and resource allocation.
Vendor and Client Management
Maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial transactions.
Resolve disputes related to payments, invoices, and contracts.
