Job Description

We are a 40 year old company manufacturing various agro chemicals and specialty fertilizers, with a good client based in Delhi and northern States.
Looking for B2B experience personnel having mandatory experience in either Fertilizer such as WSF (water soluble fertilizers) OR crop protection (pesticides)
Age : Between 25 – 30 years
Work Experience : Preferred 7-8 yrs
Industries : Specialty Fertilizers (water-soluble NPK/ Micronutrient)’ and ‘crop protection chemicals'(Pesticides/Fungicide/Herbicide)
We are also looking for candidates who are based in the NCR region.
Qualification Required
1. B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture / Graduate from any faculty / MBA / Agri Busi. Mgmt preferred.
2. Strong command over English verbal and written
3. Techno-savvy
4. Highly motivated to deliver sales targets
5. Capable of multi-tasking in a challenging environment.
Job profile :
1) Should be in a position to meet the senior management and decision makers of our clients.
2) Should do regular follow up with them for the existing business as well as new products which have been pitched to them.
3) One of the key roles is to constantly interact with their sales team and monitor their planning and volumes for the products selected and marketed by them in their brand.
4) Should meet RM / ZM of our clients and participate in their monthly meeting for giving them techno-commercial support and motivating them to achieve targeted volumes of our products.
5) Should pursue hard to drive up business for every client.
