R&D – Manager – ADC (Polygrip)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Keep abreast of competitor’s activities, new trends, new technologies and latest development in elastomeric adhesives through networking with industries and academic professionals. Keep updated about innovations through literature search, research papers, journals and patents.
• In depth knowledge of structure property relationship in the field of elastomeric adhesives
• Monitor team for the development of non-infringing process and new products in line with New Product Development (NPD) guidelines of the company
• Generate new ideas for the improvement of existing formulations for targeted properties, reduce cost and user friendly applications.
• Identify new raw materials and implement in to formulations to achieve eco-friendliness and free from health hazards.
• Provide technical inputs for the preparation of technology transfer documents, technical data sheets, material safety data sheets, raw material, finished product specifications and product catalogues.
