Production Manager: Lead Manufacturing, Calibration & Process Optimization

Job Description:
Production and Calibration Management:
• Plan, manage, and control the production and calibration activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with the calibration and production teams to drive quality and efficiency improvements.
Production Planning & Control:
• Plan, manage, and control production, calibration, PPC, and NPI activities for the entire range of products
• Ensuring optimal resource utilization and timely escalation of irrecoverable abnormalities to stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with warehouse, production, calibration, purchase, and packing teams to ensure material availability
• Adherence to the production plan, while collaborating with sales and service teams to align on yearly and monthly production goals.
Continuous Improvement & Lean Management
• Drive continuous improvement programs by analyzing the cost of poor quality (CoPQ), identifying waste
• Implementing Lean methodologies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
New Product Introduction (NPI):
• Lead NPI activities in collaboration with R&D and Purchase teams for developing existing and new products, ensuring smooth execution through regular reviews and communication with stakeholders.
• Review NPI and ECN (Engineering Change Notice) dashboard weekly with Manager and communicate to stakeholders.
Health, Safety, & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and ISO standards
• Actively participating in problem-solving initiatives and daily management on the shop floor.
