Job Description

Responsibilities:
•Identify, prioritize, evaluate, and manage procurement needs and opportunities.
•Purchase order creation, dispatch monitoring and management through electronic purchasing system.
•Performs contract validations to ensure compliance as per Purchase Requests and Organizational Processes and
Policies.
•Liaises with requesters, internal and cross functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner, maintain
documentation/information trail as per audit requirements.
•Creates seamless and pleasant procurement experience for customers by maintaining accurate Job Aids, identify and
implement improvement/automation opportunities in Procure to Pay process, Contributing/leading in Special
Projects
•Manages supplier setup process by validating & approving profile changes in system
•Perform procurement functions for as per production planning requirement.
•Ensure the compliances related to procurement and follow the Global Procurement Policy guidelines
•Manage and complete tasks required to be performed as category manager.
•Develop sourcing and procurement activities that support key business objectives.
•Establish and enhance supplier relationships to drive sourcing and supplier initiatives to meet or exceed product
quality, service and deliver sustainable cost reductions, while reducing or mitigating risk in the Supply Chain.
•Oversee purchasing system, Cost point on procurement actions, approval workflows and thresholds and tracking
related to Purchase Orders.
•Collaborate with plant, SCM and other teams to deliver best value to the organization.
