Job Description

Required Skills:
* Expert knowledge in Accounting, Costing, Internal Control, and MIS
* Proficiency in Advanced Excel
* Hands-on experience with SAP
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work with people and adapt to new challenges

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead accounting & finance activities, including finalization of accounts
* Cash flow management & forecasting
* Maintain company costing systems
* Timely MIS reporting
* Ensure strict statutory compliance
* Review and strengthen internal controls
* Manage banking arrangements
* Oversee planning, budgeting, and reporting for operations

Preferred Profile:
* Experience in the manufacturing industry
* Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
