Job Description

Responsibilities:
To plan and applies statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards

To plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization

To develop labour standards by analyzing work samples and methods; measuring work performance

To reduces waste by studying methods, equipment, and operator techniques; recommending changes; establishing procedures to identify and analyze waste.

To ensure labour booking which includes checking daily dockets of workmen, ensure punching of the same,  follow up for timely, missing dockets

To design and implement suggestions scheme for workmen

To monitor running the suggestion scheme and rewarding workmen

To coordinate production department for knowing manufacturing capabilities, and project status

To communicates with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards
