Responsibilities:
1. Candidates will be responsible for field servicing of high-tech analytical instruments like GC’s, GC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR and AAS Spectrophotometers etc
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Generating service and spares income (Applicable only for Sr. Service Executive)
4. Providing excellent customer service is usually the primary responsibility. This involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers to understand their needs and preferences better. This may involve regular communication, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback.
6. Responding to customer queries promptly and efficiently via various channels such as phone, email, or in-person meetings.
