Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Set up SAP systems across the company:
• Install and configure SAP software according to company requirements.
• Customize SAP modules to fit specific business processes.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP systems with existing company infrastructure.
2. Create and deliver training sessions for staff:
• Develop training materials and resources tailored to different employee roles and skill levels.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, either in person or virtually.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to ensure employees can effectively navigate and utilize SAP software.
3. Provide ongoing support to users:
• Act as a point of contact for SAP-related inquiries and issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions.
• Offer guidance and best practices to help users maximize their efficiency and productivity with SAP.
4. Keep up with SAP updates and trends:
• Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP technology and methodologies.
• Evaluate new features and updates to determine their relevance and potential benefits for the company.
• Implement necessary changes or enhancements to SAP systems based on new developments.
5. Lead a team of SAP trainers:
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of SAP trainers and coordinators.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on continuous learning and improvement.

Role: SAP Manager
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience: 5+ years of managerial experience with SAP systems, across modules like SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, etc.
