Job Description

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection:
•Create and monitor annual Manpower budgets based on the business requirements and business growth plans
•Manage the recruitment and selection process by using contemporary tools like psychometric testing

Performance Management System and Employee Capability Building:
•Administer a strong Performance Management system that is based on KRAs and Competencies which leads to a betterment in Individual and Organizational Productivities
•Cascade Organizational strategy and priorities into effective individual KRAs
•Drive the Unit’s employee capability building agenda to develop right skills needed by business, both in short term and long term
•Conduct a training needs analysis and design and implement the training plan. Manage costs to the budget.
•Ensuring delivery on HR Metrics and timely reporting of activity trackers of projects and KRAs
•Drive various skill development programs for Workers

Employee Engagement & Retention Activities:
•Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
•Analyze needs of the Business and employees to execute various Employee Engagement interventions that ultimately leads to enhancement of morale and engagement leading ultimately to end customer satisfaction.
•Creation of various employee benefit policies and regular review of those to upkeep with
•Drive communication processes at the Unit for employees including cascades of policy changes, new policies, business performance, important business decisions, etc.
•Administer the employee engagement survey and take actions on the areas of improvement.
