Job Description

Responsibilities:
•Leading the development of all marketing plans.
•Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative. Ensuring the
implementation of effective marketing strategies.
•Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional
programmes to drive interest and sales.
•Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.
•Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
•Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
•Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies.
•Managing creative agencies and retainer partners.
•Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI) to make sure
marketing initiatives are having a beneficial financial effect.
•Conducting strategic marketing analysis that will help guide marketing messages.
•Keeps track of and enhances website visitor conversion rates to accomplish targeted goals and assesses the success
of marketing initiatives.
•Oversees the implementation of plans to improve user experience, engagement, and website traffic. Utilises data to
focus on online marketing activities.
•Focuses on lead generation initiatives and makes certain that leads are produced in a way that is consistent with the
objectives of the company, both in terms of number and quality.
