Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
o Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
o Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
2. Data Analysis:
o Analyze data from social media campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
o Use insights to refine social media strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.
3.Content Management:
o Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content tailored for various social media platforms.
o Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
4. Technical Integration:
o Implement and maintain social media management and automation tools Integrate social media platforms with marketing tools for seamless data flow and reporting.
5. User Engagement:
o Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, queries, and engagement opportunities.
o Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities to build brand loyalty.
6. Reporting and Metrics:
o Generate regular reports on social media KPIs and metrics.
o Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
