Job Description

Responsibilities:
1.Telephonic lead validation and qualification: Make first contact through telephone and get basic information about the requirement, organisation details, inform about our total product portfolio and find out any other product requirement.
2.Follow up with list of customers targeted for specific campaign – For running specific campaigns, Regional Managers (Sales) are submitting lists of target customers to Marketing Head / Sales VP. After rolling the campaign, contact these leads and confirm having received the details, any further details required, how they will proceed with utilising the campaign etc. and qualify if they could be prospect.
3.Follow up on product/application email blasts: Follow up with customers who have opened and read relevant emails and provide more information to such customers through mails or through sales visits.
4.Cold calling on phone for increasing sales funnel. If required must visit the customers also to enhance the sales funnel/validate the lead.
5.This position will have sales target and performance will be evaluated based on funnel generation.
