Job Description

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for identification, reporting, correcting & eliminating unsafe conditions & actions.
•Responsible for effective implementation of various Safety work permits & ensuring compliance of the same.
•Responsible for investigation of Accidents/Incidents/Near misses, Accident/Incident analysis, suggesting the
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) & its compliance.
•Responsible for Identification of Legal & other requirements applicable to the company from EHS point of view &
ensuring the compliance of the same in totality.
•Responsible for Identification of training needs, preparation of various training modules & conducting Safety Training
Programs to all the employees including contractor employees.
•Responsible for preparation & implantation of “On Site Emergency plan” & conducting periodical mock drills.
•Responsible for maintaining Fire & Safety equipment’s in ready to use conditions all the time.
•Responsible for ensuring availability of appropriate PPEs, its training and appropriate usage by all the employees.
•Responsible for maintaining & ensuring good housekeeping within the premises.
•Responsible for monitoring & improving the performance of departmental employees.
•Responsible for carrying out safety audits/inspections & ensuring the compliance of the same through follow up
audits.
