Job Description
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility in handling global customer complaints with an objective to achieve six sigma level of performance.
Improving the overall customer relationship globally, making customers aware of organization’s quality procedure.
Acknowledging complaints promptly and responding to them within set time limits, systematically and fairly.
Gathering information from relevant functions including sales, marketing, production, dispatch, stores, purchase, QC and R&D to understand the problem & address the root cause.
Co-ordinate with customer to provide immediate corrective action (technical solution)
Ensuring preventive action with an objective to achieve operational excellence not only from a Quality perspective but also from a safety, environment & health perspective.
