Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and production scheduling by way of effective coordination with SCP and RM teams and ensure optimal plant utilization.
• Monitor and ensure that production volumes are met as per plan, agreed RM consumption norms and quality by way of daily interactions, on-site inspections and
collating daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to ensure that targets are achieved.
• Introduce measures for regular monitoring of plant performance and timely corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
• Responsible for safe operations and ensure compliance of statutory regulations.
• Ensure Finished goods are dispatched as per agreed timelines meeting quality and quantity terms so that customer requirements are met
• Identify training and development needs for manufacturing team and its effective implementation.
