Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process for the factory, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment up to Dy. Manager cadre employees. Responsible for meeting with recruitment timeline as defined in Dept. procedure manual. Create a talent pool of suitable candidates for future reference. Ensure timely updating of recruitment tracker for effective handling of the recruitment procedure. Responsible for salary negotiation up to Officer Cadre employee Ensure all hiring are happening as per approved Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Work with other departments to address performance issues and implement improvement plans. HR Operations Responsible for handling employees LTA, Provident Fund related activities and timely compliance and queries. Responsible for Employees Mediclaim GMC, GPA and GTL Policy related activities.Responsible for all confirmation, probation assessment, employee exit analysis and full & Final settlement related activities. |
