Responsibilities:
Process development (as per Industrial need ) in co-ordination with Pilot team
Monitor weekly and monthly performance of ongoing Lab-Projects and ratify the same
Monitor Time schedule / TCD as Projected to develop new molecules
SOP writing for Pilot Plant study and Data generation to help further Plant design

To assist new pl ant for batch standardization (during commissioning stage)
Day to day Job Planning & scheduling to match the bar chart (in time)
To help MSDS /HAZOP discussion/Corrosion study – MOC selection etc
