• Proven working experience as a Purchasing Manager for 10+ years in the Engineering section
• Qualified as a Mechanical Engineer
• Develop a purchasing strategy.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor development/management
• A knack for negotiation and networking
• Working experience in vendor management software
• Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
• Reviews and processes purchase orders.
• Solid judgment along with decision-making skills
• Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
