Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Analysis of RM/In-process/SFG/FG/R&D/Marketing Samples.
• Testing /Analysis/Calibration/Standardization of Quality Control related Instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Visible, autotitrator, Karl Fischer, etc.
• Audit related all documentation and its records activities.
• Preparation of Certificate of analysis (COA) and reporting to QC Manager.
• Maintain documentation in Oracle Documentation is preferable.
• To compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses.
• Evaluate analytical methods and procedures to determine how they might be improved.
• Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
• To interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
• Investigate and report questionable test results.
• Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods and protocols.
• Ensure 100% chemical compliance to standards through scheduled checks and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Undertake corrective action on quality of raw materials and packaging with Material Management department
