Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Time office function like attendance monitoring, Leave management, payroll process.
• Recruitment for various positions.
• Responsible for Joining Formalities / Induction Programme for all new joiners.
• To Maintain the Personal file / employee master of every employees and time to time updating the same.
• Contract labor management – Statutory compliances, Attendance & Bills verification, Disciplinary actions, issuing
agreement etc.
• Liaison with various government departments and regulatory agencies for routine activities.
• Maintain the Statutory compliances under various acts. Maintain records, registers, Returns etc.
• Implementation of company’s policies.
• Performance Management system.
• Employees grievance handling and disciplinary procedures
• Coordination for Training & Development related activities and maintain records.
• Organize Employees engagement activities.
• Responsible for Administrative activities like house keeping, Hotel/ guest house management, arrangement for
guest / Visitors travelling/booking etc..
• Security system management.
