Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. To inspect plant equipment or monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges to determine load requirements and detect malfunctions.
2. To add chemicals such as Urea, DAP, Poly electrolyte Alum/lime to maintain operating conditions for efficient treatment of effluent in ETP plant.
3. To collect and test waste water and sewage samples, using test equipment and color analysis as per the standards.
4. Operate all the plants i.e. ETP/STP/RO 1 & 2, RO 3 & 4 A/B, Decanter, Evaporation reactor
in efficient manner to treat the effluent complying the treated quality norms.
5. To record plant operational data and regular analysis data of samples collected and tested.
6. To operate and adjust controls on equipment to operate efficiently so as to purify and clarify water.
7. To maintain, repair, and lubricate equipment, using hand tools and power tools so as to avoid breakdowns and stoppages of plants.
8. Clean and maintain tanks, filter beds, and other work areas using hand tools and power tools.
9. Direct and coordinate plant workers engaged in routine operations and maintenance activities.
10. Participate in all HSE related activities within the Mundra plant.
11. Maintain good Housekeeping in all plants and ETP laboratory.
