Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Stay upto date with industry trends and development
2. Establish and grow beneficial and profitable business relationships with key customers within defined
territory
3. Create and execute strategic sales growth plans that expand the customer base in defined territory.
4. Work with existing and potential customers to grow long lasting relationships by understanding their needs
and offering solutions that meet these requirements, virtually and in person.
5. Proactively manage your sales pipeline.
6. Improve profitability by customers and product mix optimization (upselling).
7. Negotiate sales with customers to expand and grow your sales, as well as theirs.
8. Expand company success within the defined territory.
9. Resolve customers and business issues, perform root cause analysis and drive solution.
10. Monthly review of sales performance to identify, segment and prioritize key customers based on their purchasing criteria and potential.
11. Collecting market intelligence on competitors activities, their product competitiveness, market operating
prices, identify new opportunities for new products.

Knowledge about food safety
Regularly review food safety regulations to keep facility in complies and dynamics
Strong Understanding of Packaging Industry trends Outstanding influencing and communication skills.
Highly driven and proactive individual with proven track record of successful marketing activities.
