Job Description

Key Area of responsibilities

1 Responsible in Handling B2B and Export sales of Biofertilizers, Seaweed Extract, Micronutrients in India, Africa, Southeast Asia & Asia Pacific.
2 Responsible for New Customer Acquisition, Key account Management.
Implement new Strategies for getting new customers to ensure they become & stay profitable.
3 Market Research and data analysis, gathering market information about the target market or customer, based on that formulating the reports includes current market trends, segments, SWOT analysis and competitor analysis.
4 Responsible in monitoring & participating in the product development programme.
5 Responsible for gap analysis, positioning, finalizing pricing by taking into account comparative analysis with market product. Scanning market to identify impactful support tools for the product, internal discussion with team, finalizing and execution.
6 Responsible to Research on products available in the market, their market shares, functioning, pricing. Research related to competitor companies, strategies they are using for product promotion etc.
7 Completion of international commercial agreement. Initiate online introduction & technical training sessions. Provide regulatory documentation. Assist client regulatory team in individual country to prepare & in submission of regulatory documents in time.
8 Marketing support for International and Institutional business.
9 Follow-up with the portfolio head on the expansion plan into new geography & cropping zones. Follow-up for initiating regulatory compliances in new geographies. Issuing O forms for commercial operation.
10 Follow-up entry of invoices in time in with client. Reconciliation of PLS & customer account statements, follow-up with the portfolio head & their finance head for payment release on due dates.
