Job Description
Handle B2B and Export sales of Biofertilizers, Seaweed Extract, and Micronutrients in India, Africa, Southeast Asia & Asia Pacific.
Responsible for New Customer Acquisition and Key Account Management.
Implement new strategies for acquiring new customers to ensure profitability and retention.
Conduct market research and data analysis, gathering information on target markets and customers to formulate reports, including market trends, segments, SWOT analysis, and competitor analysis.
Monitor and participate in product development programs.
Conduct gap analysis, positioning, and finalizing pricing by comparing market products. Identify impactful support tools and execute strategies.
Research market products, market shares, pricing, and competitor strategies for product promotion.
Complete international commercial agreements, initiate online introductions and technical training sessions.
Provide regulatory documentation and assist client regulatory teams with submission in various countries.
Provide marketing support for international and institutional business.
Coordinate with the portfolio head for expansion into new geographies and cropping zones.
Follow up on regulatory compliance initiation for new geographies.
Issue O forms for commercial operations.
Ensure timely entry of invoices with clients, reconcile PLS & customer account statements, and follow up for payment releases.
