• Adaptable to any working conditions.
• Should have knowledge of products and machines.
• Should have teamwork and proactive skills

PROFILE:

• Overall responsible for shift production and quality.
• Delivering of productions as per production plan
• Maintain the entire document as per FSSC-22000 and ISO 9001-2015.
• To maintain discipline of worker and shift.
• Responsible for maintaining the cycle time of the products.
• Responsible for making shift list and arranging the manpower for shifts.
• Responsible for executing the production as per production plan.
• Responsible for executing daily/weekly/monthly maintenance plan.
• Overall responsible for improving production in terms of cycle time, reducing loading/unloading time, quality improvement.
• Monitoring and updating the shift records.
• Proper accountability of raw material usage in shift.
• Maintain log book for routine work.
• Giving training and awareness of production and quality to the down the line.
• Authorized for material requisition & contractor worker Shift Schedule weekly planning.
• Responsible for clearing hold material in each shift.
• Usage of Regrind material as per quality norms without hampering quality.
• Taking the physical stock details on 1st of every month and hand over to the Department Head with proper records.
• Taking care of molds and safety in shift.
• Overall housekeeping.
