Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of the best-qualified candidates.
Implement and monitor the Performance Management System, advising leadership and department heads.
Develop a succession plan to ensure long-term talent retention and staffing stability.
Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors and uphold company values.
Provide guidance on career planning, training & development, employee relations, and HR legal matters.
Maintain open communication channels and ensure a positive workplace environment.
Streamline the employee orientation process for smooth onboarding.
Job Requirements:
Proven HR leadership experience in a similar role.
Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Organizational Development (OD), and Employee Relations (ER).
Working knowledge of the Beauty, Wellness, and Dermatology industry is an advantage.
Ability to develop and implement long-term HR strategies to support business objectives.
