Job Description

Key Area of responsibilities
1 Having knowledge of organic fertilizers, Micronutrients, Basic NPK fertilizer formulation, Biofertilizers, Bio stimulants, Nano fertilizers.
2 Increasing the product basket by developing range of value-added fertilizer products based organic raw materials.
3 Proven track record of designing and developing formulations
4 Laboratory level formulation development, analytical characterization of developed formulations.
5 Deviation analysis in present products; Root Cause finding; Literature review; Patent Search, searching for alternatives to overcome the problem etc.
6 Coordinate the transfer of technology to the manufacturing plant for pilot and bulk manufacturing.
7 Formulation assessment for Accelerates Storage Stability studies. Data recording and Daily Reporting.
8 Follow the SOP of formulation development.

Skills Required
1 Subject Expertise in Agriculture/ Organic Chemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology •
2 Knowledge in agriculture input technical and formulations (Crop Nutrition/Crop Protection)
3 Knowledge of scaling up of process for agriculture products
4 Knowledge of basic chemistry and basic Analytical Equipment
5 Flexible approach and willingness to travel
