Job Description
Designation: Manager – Customer Support
• Location: Delhi
• Reports to: Sr. Manager / DRM
• Experience Required: 8 – 12 years in the Analytical Service Industry
Qualifications:
• Minimum: Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation or M.Sc. in Electronics
• Preferred: B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
• Field servicing of analytical instruments such as GC, GC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR, and AAS Spectrophotometers
• Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of instruments at customer sites
• Provide technical support and training to customers and field engineers
• Diagnose and resolve instrument performance issues
• Communicate and escalate unresolved issues to higher levels
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to service & spares revenue
• Willingness to travel extensively as required
Key Competencies:
• Strong technical expertise in analytical instruments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English preferred)
• Team player with leadership capabilities (team-handling experience is a plus)
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
• Hardworking, sincere, and willing to take ownership
