Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Extensive knowledge of supporting pharmaceutical industry, research institutes & public sector enterprises
• 5 years of hardcore instrument servicing experience including installation, repair, calibrations and training to the customers
• Knowledge of electronics repair, automation & LAN networking
• Proficient in documentation & understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025 etc
• Good communication & customer handling skills
• Responsible for servicing of all products represented by MTPL
• Skilful to learn & adapt new technologies
• Physical fit for extensive travelling
• Reliable & consistent performer
• Responsible to achieve team targets
• Support sales team for demonstration & sales lead generation
• Qualification- BE/B Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation or higher
